A practical electronic payment system.

Litecoin is a different way to make payments, instantly, anywhere worldwide, through the P2P protocol.

This is an electronic currency, a BitCoin-based protocol that provides transaction confirmations in a very fast manner, at an average of two minutes. One goal of creating Litecoin was to provide an algorithm that could work simultaneously with BitCoin, on any computer, without installing special devices.

Currently there is already a large user community for Litecoin, since the application can access the general information and the list of supported Litecoin exchanges. For security reasons, Litecoin includes a cipher using private keys through which you make transaction and access your account balance, and when you make a transaction you'll have to do a security check before sending the payment.
